As such, our practice covers a broad spectrum of interrelated specialty areas allowing us to provide our clients with comprehensive and coordinated legal advice. It needs to be noted that given the accession of the Slovak Republic to the European Union, EU law in all areas forms a natural part of our day to day business and practice.
Our legal services are provided emphasizing pre-litigation legal advice, including, inter alia, consulting on legal cases, preparing legal documentation and contracts and/or reviewing them, preparing legal analyses or commentary, suggesting legal solutions for clients and attending clients’ meetings concerning their contractual cases. Further, we offer legal services to clients in the area of litigation proceedings and represent clients before courts of all instances and, vis-à-vis, state authorities. The firm also has strong experience with providing legal services in connection with the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of companies, including the preparation of legal audits and due diligence reports, processing transaction documentation and fascilitating the proceedings before the Antimonopoly Office. The firm’s attorneys are authorized to represent clients before the Supreme Court the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic and further includes the capacity to appear before Czech courts.
