JUDr. Zuzana Robel Högerová, LL.M.

Experience, Legal Specialization: Zuzana’s main specializations include corporate and contract law, civil law, law of labour and employment, public procurement law, software and copyright law, data protection law, as well as public law, including public procedure law. Within BBH advokátská kancelária, s.r.o. Zuzana particularly specializes and concentrates on local taxes and local fees law, and herewith related taxation procedure from tax authorities’ point of view. With respect to Zuzana’s focus on marketing and advertising law and the law of medical products, Zuzana brings substantial experience to the area of marketing and advertising of drugs.

Zuzana graduated in 2000 and began her career on the field of advocacy in 2001. From November 2000 till October 2001 Zuzana worked for the Department of International Law and EU Law at the Law Faculty of P.J. Šafárik University in Košice as an assistant specialized for International Private Law and EU Law. She was admitted as a member of the Slovak Bar Association in 2005. In September 2007 she finished her LL.M. studies specialized in German civil and public law.
