Mgr. Miroslav Fašung

Experience, legal specialization: Miroslav focuses especially on the company law, contractual law, trade law, M&A agenda, dispute law, waste law, labour law, intellectual property law, copyright law, trademark and personal data protection law.

Miroslav took part in the implementation of the legislation concerning waste electrical and electronic equipment disposal in the practice in the Slovak environment. His experience includes also legislation activities and in this regard Miroslav provides legal advice to significant domestic and foreign companies in the field of waste electrical and electronic equipment disposal as well as to associations of companies operating in the field of electrical and electronic equipment production and distribution.

As a team member, Miroslav participated in several international M&A transactions, among others in the one of the biggest transactions in the Middle Europe in recent years consisting in the creation of the energetical and industrial holding company in the Czech Republic.

Miroslav provides legal advice to the companies operating on the Slovak market within the automotive industry, among others in relation to financing their products.
