Mgr. Olga Beláňová

Experience, Legal Specialization: The main focus and domain of the professional expertise of Olga are corporate law, banking, securities, commercial law, M&A, anti-trust, contract law and litigation.

A major part of her work is dedicated to providing professional counsel to large and middle-sized business enterprises, banks and insurance companies in connection with their commercial and financial transactions and restructuring, as well as the preparation and negotiation of the associated legal documentation.

Olga graduated in 1993. Having begun her law career in 1994, she became Partner in the law office Zelenay & Co. In 1999 Olga was admitted as a member of the Slovak Bar Association. In April 2006, she established the law office Beláňová & Bak together with Peter Bak.
