JUDr. Peter Bak

Experience, Legal Specialization: Peter specializes in corporate law and contract law, M&A, banking and civil law, anti-trust, public procurement, software and copyright law with a further emphasis on real estate law. Over the course of his professional practice, he has acquired extensive experience and knowledge in all the fields of his specialization.

Peter is consistently asked by prominent clients for his legal counsel, particularly in connection with mergers and acquisitions, processing transaction documentation and handling the proceedings before the Antimonopoly Office.

In 1997, Peter graduated and began his law career. In 2001 he was admitted as a member of the Slovak Bar Association. In 2002, Peter became Partner in the firm Zelenay & Co. In April 2006, he established the law office of Beláňová & Bak together with Olga Beláňová.
